OUR

MINISTRIES

Pastors do spend their lives in the ministry, they do minister to others, and they can rightly be designated as ministers, but pastors are not the only ones who are to be involved in ministry. From the early New Testament churches to the churches of our day, each Christian should be in the ministry of helping others (see Romans 12:3-8, 10-13; 2 Timothy 2:24-26).

Kid's Ministry

The children of the Priests were consecrated as priests themselves when they reached adulthood. The calling of the parent fell onto the child, and so it carried on through generation after generation. If you have answered that call to the Prophetic Ministry, realize that you have submitted your children to that call as well. They will be the ones who are going to walk through this call with you and they are the ones who are going to be most effected by it. So to get your mind straight, realize right away: Your children will never be normal. They will not be part of the status quo and they will not be average children like their peers. They have a calling on their lives and just as God has prepared you through the years, so is He going to prepare them.

I know as  parents, it is our  natural instinct to protect and guide our  children onto the right path. We  never want them to experience  pain and rejection as we did as a child and adult. We  want to shield them from the pain of rejection.

We need to realize that the trials your children are going through, that is going to prepare them for what God has ahead of them. and to God be the Glory.

Who am I  ( Couples Program )

The Who am I Couples Program

Is a  group that  meets every 2nd  Saturday of the Month  at 3:00pm,  right here at HOHWC It is open to all married couples. Our desire is to build up marriages on a strong foundation in Jesus Christ, looking at what the Bible says about marriage, and the way God has intended it to be. The group is based around a time of fellowship, a study in the Word of God, and interaction with other couples that desire a fruitful relationship with their spouse.

Family  (Program)

Welcome. You are visiting the official website of the Department of Family Ministries of the House Healing Worship Center . We are dedicated to strengthening relationships and empowering ministry leaders and churches in their work with families. Family Ministries focuses on people in relationship. It is a ministry that provides tools to help individuals communicate more effectively, deepen commitment in marriage, and assist in becoming better parents. Family Ministries helps families grow in love and live in harmony as the family of God.

Praise & Worship Ministry

We are seeking to  manifest the character and nature of God; to be conformed to the image of the Son of God

To encourage and exhort others to praise, adore, and worship God.

To allow the fire of God to cleanse us and purify us enabling us to be pure vessels of honor

To minister together, as a team, by the Spirit of God, submitting ourselves to him and one another

To encourage, teach and train others in the body of Christ to praise and worship God

Pastoral Counseling

Jesus gave His church the job of making disciples of the nations (Matt 28:10-18). This starts by evangelism resulting in baptized members of the Church. Then it is completed by teaching these disciples everything that Jesus taught so that they will be like Jesus and the Father through the Spirit’s resurrection power. Jesus did this with the twelve Apostles. Jesus did this with Paul. Paul did this with Timothy, Titus and others. Timothy did this with faithful men as Paul instructed him to do. This is the true apostolic succession. This is mandated for officers (2 Tim 2:2) and others in the body (Eph 4:1-16) (Titus 2:3-5).

Volunteer Groups

It doesn’t take long in church leadership to realize that you need your volunteers. Just looking at your to-do list, the time you need to complete it, and the manpower required to make a church run smoothly can feel daunting.

One trend we’ve noticed here at HOHWC

is that healthy churches have a church staff that is focused on creating a culture of volunteerism and service. People grow in their faith walk as they exercise their gifts by serving.
